  We  have delivered on this day  a dog in sound body and good health and free from communicable diseases as far as appears to the eye.

 ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE LISTED AS FOLLOWS:

BUYER AGREES that if at any time, for any reason whatsoever, the dog has to be sold, BUYER shall notify the SELLER and SELLER may, at his discretion, repurchase the dog for the original cash price.

SELLER GUARANTEES the general health of the dog for 72 hours from the date of purchase.

IT IS FURTHER AGREED that if the dog is returned, the following conditions shall be binding:

     1.  The dog shall be examined by a Veterinarian within 72 hours from date of purchase.

     2.  Any cost incurred to return the dog shall be paid by the BUYER.

     3.  If the dog is returned within 72 hours for health reasons, SELLER may replace the dog with a dog of like quality , or may refund cash price at his discretion.  However, this guarantee is valid only if the BUYER  provided proper physical attention to the dog.
